I’m not sure if it’s cloudy or foggy. I asked Google for clarification but still not sure what you call these clouds hovering around mountains. But… I guess that’s really not all that important. What is important is how gorgeous the Amalfi Coast is in Italy. I took a bus and got off at different cities along the way. The road is so narrow that when going through towns, we literally had to back up hundreds of yards so other buses could pass. There are buildings around curves that have scrape marks all over them where buses have rubbed up on them. Happy to say I got to see this beautiful coastline without having to drive it!

It rained the first weekend we were there but it didn’t stop people from enjoying the patches of sun that did show up! Very true about the roads too!

I really love this photo. I think the grey overcast sky kinda makes you look at the gorgeous Italian architecture more.
To be perfectly honest it doesn’t matter to me whether it’s foggy or cloudy. This picture is AMAZING!!!!

That reminds me so much of my trip to Heidelberg Castle…we walked into an open square area with similar looking buildings and clouds/fog. It’s a very cool sight to see!

Beautiful photo! I visited the Amalfi Coast several years ago on a tour from Rome and I remember our bus also having to back up several times to let others pass. ;-) The town is so lovely!
Wow beautiful. I think it looks like clouds. I want to see Amalfi Coast, I think that will be my next Italy trip. plus Venice. I heard about the narrow streets and all those bus driver got really good skills driving it and backing up. hehehe
The next time I go to Italy the ywo places at the top of my list are the Amalfi Coast and Venice. Thanks for reminding me why I need to visit those places. :)

I adore the Amalfi Coast and am dieing to get back there. The bus ride along that narrow narrow road was just amazing when I was there. Next time thought, I’m doing it on a scooter :)
